About Me
Background
I've been in the software industry for over sixteen years. Before that, I was involved in the technology industry as a sales director and sales executive providing computer hardware, software and technical services to the corporate market place for over seven years.
I am currently looking for work in the RTP area as a Java developer preferably doing Internet / Web development. Additionally, I am interested in Project Management and would entertain opportunities that enable me to transition into that space.
To that end, I have recently completed the thirty-six hours of formal training as required by the
Project Management Institute in order to sit for the Project Management Professional Certification exam and am currently in the process of studying for the exam. Feel free to browse my
Resume.
Why the PM Zone?
After successfully completing the formal training, I realized the enormous amount of information involving
the nine Knowledge Areas that would have to be assimilated and decided the best way for me to proceed would
be to practice answering questions similar to what one might expect to find in the actual PMP® exam. After
an exhaustive search of the Internet for some kind of test simulator with sample questions to study that
was FREE, I came up empty so I decided to develop my own exam simulator, host it on the Internet, and share
it with others.
Those interested in placing an advertisement in the space provided (which displays at the bottom of every
page of the PM Zone) or sponsoring the PM Zone effort, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you.
